It is a 2023 Chinese drama. Made of 39 episodes. It has Chang Xuan , grandson of the King of Xi Yan & Xiao Yao daughter of the King of Hao Ling as young children being together. They lose their loved ones & are forced to stay apart.
As young adults Xiao Liu turns into a local doctor in the town of Quig Shui. She saves the quiet young man Ye Shi Qi & encounters the bloodthirsty nine headed demon Xiang Liu. Cang Xuan also arrives in the town under the guise of the wine maker Xuan. As their paths cross so do forces behind them that encompass the fates of kingdoms.
The fan club has it that it is better than ‘The Legend of An Le’. I am watching both simultaneously. So I should know shortly. Discovering An Le’s identity the Crown prince appears to be slow to take any action. She is not going to come back. So how he convinces her is the remaining story. 20 episodes are done.
Karen & Cathy posted on Aug.22, 2023 that they liked Zhang Wan Yi has a baby face . He is supposed to be her older brother! (But did you notice the younger actor also looked younger than her. When she called him ‘Older brother, I felt funny!) Let’s just go with it.
He is the best among the male actors! ( Now, you are talking!)’And reminds me quite a bit of Luo Jin. Now, I am watching ‘The princess Wei young’ & couldn’t agree more. I was for him in ‘Diamond Lover’ when I couldn’t imagine why Tiffany is for the suited Rain! He is the best in ‘Full House’ but looks stuffy in ‘Diamond Lover’!
Having Luo Jin by her side for the world of me I failed to understand why she doesn’t have eyes!!!! Of course she made it up in real life! Good thinking.
The best person award is reserved for the male lead Zhang Wan Yi here. Karen & Cathy are way ahead, I need to catch up with them. They have started wishing for season 2!
