Around the 48th episode, Adimas has memory loss & Andini has fed him with new memories. He is led to think she is the wife. His wife, Riska , then makes a hard decision of bringing Andini to her house.
Riska thinks , ‘ I cannot allow her to take him home. He may fall in love with her all over again!’ This made me think ‘What if it was the other way around? If Riska had fallen for a gentleman , what would Adimas do?
I know the moral responsibility rests on the lady of the house. Then why is the partner so gullible? Why is she so forgiving???
I remember ‘Bassera’ a Hindi film where Rakhi is in an institute, she is a psychiatric patient. In the meantime her sister, Rekha gets married to Shashi Kapoor, Rakhi “s husband to take care of her child.
Years later, Rakhi recovers & is brought home. By then Rekha also has a child of her own. In the end, Rakhi feigns madness & gets admitted again. What if it was the husband?? What would the woman do, remarry or bring up the child on her own??
In ‘Arth’ Shabana Azmi asks her husband if he would have forgiven her & he says no. She says then she would not take him back. I loved the lady!!
I am definitely not for breaking up a relationship, but the relation should be equal. Both are responsible for maintaining it.
Adimas is allowed to love another woman & his wife has to bear with it. Because he is the father of her children!!! Come on, it’s gen X & we are still in the old age???
I perfectly understand it is a TV show but the people are real, their emotions are real & the story writers believe the script!
