Today the camera work is jaded but the expressions of the actors are so much live. The camera catches every lift of the eyebrow or the bent head in rejection. The long hair is all shiny & natural.
Remade as 101 beonjjae peuropojeu ( 1993).
Unknowingly I kept thinking of what a Korean director would do to such a script! A remake was done in 2006 with Lee Moon sik & Park Sun young. Also known as ‘My Perfect Girl’.
With Park Min jae, a cameo by Lee Joon -gi, it has 15 episodes. It is an honest version of the original show.
