While chasing a serial bomber , Kazami is knocked unconscious. Furuya tries to assist him, a bomb is attached to his neck. The expert at bombs, Plamya, is to be nabbed.
Conan meets with the Nado Unichtozit, headed by Elenica, who has lost her family members to the bomb. She has gathered members from all over the world for revenge.
Conan deduces that Muranaka mat be Plamya. But he is proved wrong. But that leads to the real Palmya. The mystery is solved.
