Behind Your Touch

Finally watched the last episode & got closure. The serial killer is caught. This show is different from the usual Korean shows which have many tender moments. But they make them special. No doubt.

This show begins with a dark premise. The evenings & the nights are full of mystery. A serial killer on the loose makes it unsafe to have a moonlight walk.

Dr Bong is a smart, sensible girl. She stays with her aunt & grandpa. Her grandfather becomes one of the victims & she is in tears. Inconsolable.

Detective Moon is a determined, dedicated detective. He wants to solve the case & return to Seoul. He suspects Su ho, the part-timer in the convenience store. Dr Bong has taken a liking for him right from his entry in Mujin. She tucks back her hair behind her ears & generally acts coy around him.

First time that detective Moon witnesses this, he can’t believe his eyes! He is used to seeing her as confident & very vocal. When finally he goes back to Seoul, she happens to pass by the police station. Wearing a lipstick that is fluorescent, she makes her entry, very unlike her!

They have a meal & she happens to tuck back back her hair behind her ears. When together these are the only scenes which tell us that she is gradually falling for him! It means we need a season 2 for them to start together!!

A slow, gradual build up, rarely seen in any shows.
