A college teacher & a part-time poet finds his life at a standstill when his wife elopes with her lover on the first night of their marriage in Premier Padmini car. It makes him the target of jokes & people start calling him ‘Padmini’.
The story is good. What lags behind is the pace. If it was faster, the film would have encashed on the surprises.
I enjoyed the film till the end. It never loses the tempo. What I loved about the film are the characters, who are natural. None of them a facade around them. We can meet such individuals anywhere in India.
