Abby Sutton, a struggling photographer receives an Advent calendar from her grandfather. The calendar opens on December 1. Abby begins to connect what is inside every day to what happens in real life, believing that the calendar is magical.
Abby’s friend Josh has been around the world to focus on his photography but has come back to Abby. But Abby is not aware.
On Dec. 2 Abby receives a christmas tree in her calendar & meets a guy Ty Walker after his tree falls off the roof of his car into her path. She keeps meeting him & later starts dating him.
Not knowing him really but having all the perfect dates with him. She misses the movie her friends have planned for her. She feels bad.
It is then her journey of self realisation. What she wants in her life? Is it a steady job or hobby ? A good film with magic!
