It is a 2019 American teen comedy musical film. Directed & written by Michelle Johnston. It stars Laura Marano, Gregg Sulkin. It is the fifth installment of A Cinderella Story film series. It’s sequel, ‘A Cinderella Story : Starstruck was released in 2021.
Katherine “Kat” Decker dreams of becoming a great singer songwriter. After her father’s death she is left in the care of her stepmother & her two step sisters. Kat works at ‘Santa land’, a Christmas entertainment park, with her best friend, Isla.
They meet a new employee “Nick”. He looks good in “Santa’s” outfit! He is really Dominic Wintergarden, son of a billionaire, Terrence Wintergarden. He is charming & smitten by Kat when he watches her performance.
Then follows the ‘gala’ & the prince meeting his ‘Cinderella’. The usual story yet made loveable.
