It is Patralekha ‘s debut as a film producer.
The story follows a stingy man who becomes irrationally obsessed with a toaster he gifted to a newlywed couple, getting entangled in a chain of mishaps involving murder & mayhem.

Sonakshi Sinha was approached for the female lead but was later replaced by Sanya Malhotra. Archana Puran Singh has descibed her role as the best in her career. Her character has a wide arch. She has done a good job.
Archana Puran Singh has worked with Rao in ‘Vicky Vidya ka Woh Wala Video’. Abhishek Banerjee has worked with Rao since ‘Stree’2018 & ‘Stree 2 ‘2024.
Seema Pahwa teams up again after ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’2017. Rao & Malhotra have worked together in ‘Ludo’2020, ‘Hit : The first case’ 2022.
Most of the actors have worked with each other, except Farah Khan.
Archana Puran Shinh fractured her right wrist when shooting an early morning scene in Virar. She completed her scenes with the cast. But it is concealed well.
It goes to show just how an actor is when he / she commits .
I am not a person given to enjoy a black comedy. But the effort is great.
