A Time called You

After reading a couple of reviews I expected the lead Min ju to jump from a tall building or strangle herself in her house with all those sad thoughts. But thankfully it doesn’t happen.

Finishing the series I found the end , Good! Actually after so many turns & twists I feared a sad end. When the tape recorder gets broken, the only way to time travel, it was obvious!

Yet they manged to pull it off, effortlessly.

After five episodes it is gripping. Later somewhere it is too stretched. Then as we come to the closure it is teary. The girl blurting out the secret of time travel to the villain is not believable. But again, it is a drama.

About the leads. They are good. Ahn hyo seop looks very different from his earlier ‘Business Proposal’ or ‘ Dr Romantic 2’. Actually being a Do hyun fan, he resembled the other actor with his expressions or just standing there!

Gradually, when Jeon Yeo been is being the spirited Han Jun-hee, she is back to being the lawyer from ‘Vincenzo’! By far that is the best thing that could happen to her. I hope to see more of her.

Kang Hoon is sweet. He likes the quiet Minju. He is brave enough to say so. His character has very little to do. In prison, he exercises his wishes to not meet with Si-heon. Or when he confesses, his face is hard & his expression says just that!

Park Hyuk kwon as Min ju’s uncle is convincing. He can blend into any role. As a shaman he is funny in ‘Behind Your Touch’.

A good drama.
