It is a 2023 Indian Hindi language black comedy thriller. Created & directed by Raj & DK. The series stars Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav with others.

Inspired by the ‘Misfits of the World’ the series mixes the nostalgic tales of romance of the 90s with crime. American hard rock band called ‘Guns N Roses ‘ inspired the term ‘Guns & Gulaabs’ in Hindi.
The lovelorn Tipu by Rajkummar Rao, Arjun Varma , the narcotics inspector, recently transferred from Delhi to Gulabganj with Adarsh Gourav as ‘Chhotu’ Ganchi makeup the main cast. The female actors have supportive roles.
The music plays a major part. The duel between the two gangs, the love story of the mechanic with the English teacher, the new inspector in town all add up to the story with it’s chases & action.
The backdrop of the small town away from the crowds makes it relatable.
