The show ends amicably. No surprises there. All the three couples have a happy ending. The main couple in a hot air balloon get closure. But we feel bad for Lu Xian who cares for them both. He leaves for US. With a promise that he will leave the door open for her always. So sweet.
The changed grandfather is nice to see. He remains calm & just accepts his wrong doing. He had been unable to express himself. Aren’t we all learning constantly, in life?
I found the show better than the Korean version. It made it till the end, never faltering. Looking up for the lead pair’s next one, now.
