Prison Playbook

I am still wondering why I had been hesitating to watch this show. It has all the elements that I like. The director who I know is very good at his work! Into the 11th episode there is not even a single dull moment.

More than Park Hae Soo, I like the role by Jung Kyung -ho. He is good in the ‘Hospital Playlist’ & here he is excellent. He is slightly chubby here & that suits him. He is very thin as a surgeon in the earlier show. He has to care for his friend, his own family & also the friend’s family.

The luck that dries up for Park is unsettling. How can misfortune be the fate of a particular individual? After struggling to make a name for himself, he loses all. Name , fame, family may be girlfriend also. The entry of the new sixth inmate signals the danger looming. Maybe not.

If there is justice in this world where is it? If it is a test for how long ? When the near ones are far away how does one remain sane & try to excel at a game? He tries to not play baseball anymore due to the injury to the left shoulder. But he knows only baseball! He then trains to use his right hand & is successful in improving the pitch. His training sessions help him to remain engaged & maintain his health.

Looking forward to better future for the protagonist.
