A coming of age movie where all of them get a nudge in the right direction. Penny has a good friend in Johnny. She was a rock when he lost his father but they are unsure of their relationship. There is this budding musician Alex who wants to make it big in the music world. Keanu Reeves askes Johnny to look after his beach house. Johnny invites Penny who takes along Camilia. She is a very outgoing person.
On the beach they are introduced to Steve who is the life guard. He is scolding Alex who is camping out & parking without permission. All of them are at Malibu, with a beautiful house & a host. There is a party of sorts & that brings in the changes. Without any twists, surprises it manages to keep you interetsed.
Noah Centineo has featured in both the parts of ‘To all the boys I’ve loved before’ others may be new but they grow on you. A simple straight tale. Happy watching!
