It is a cinematic adaptation of Shukla ‘s own stage play of the same name.

Principal photography was done in Ranikhet & other parts of Uttarakhand.
The Times of India gave 3/5 stars. The ‘stellar performances ‘ of Kapur & Kapadia keep the movie afloat.
News 18 highlighted the emotional weight of the drama but the humor felt occasionally forced.

Right from the first frame we are aware of her illness & he has arranged his schedule accordingly. It changes when she tells him about her brief affair with another man.
I wonder if it was the man! I know of many a wives just let go… or forgive & forget ! Isn’t that easier ??

The premise of divorce is new. The complications that will arise are numerous. I loved her for being clear. No, she never expected such a reaction from him. But then that ‘s life. Nothing is scripted. You write your own story!
It ‘s good. Loved her look when she signed the divorce papers. I am yet to finish it, but I know it is going to be different.
