It is based on ‘The Red Sleeve Cuff’ by Kang Mi kang.
It is a fictionalised account of the lives of King Jeongjo & his Royal consort Ui bin Seong.

Right from the first episode it is intriguing. They met as children but never interacted again ( a bit far fetched, but then a palace is huge & not everyone gets to meet a crown prince!)
Yeah, but good. This my what, third or fourth of Lee Jun ho ‘s drama. After ‘King : The Land’ I am a big fan.
