The premise is very much akin to ‘Princess Diaries’. Mavi, sometimes dresses like Anne Hathaway but her grandmother & right hand woman do give vibes of Julie Andrews.
As some of the critics say we do lose in the translation. Beauty of every culture is in the choice of words, the glance or the knitted brows but a different language is alien for us. With German & Turkish the finer points are lost on us.
The visuals are good but the story could have been better.
A Good watch.
