Anub George of Times Entertainment says it ‘s a hearty comedy, a true definition which stands tall on the excellent performances of the cast.
Now, this is exaggerating the truth. It does entertain but it could have been better. Lord Indra ( Samir Dharmadhikari ) who grants him the chance has very little to do.
Lord Krishna played by Vikram Gokhale years ago in ‘Yehi Hai Zindagi ‘ 1977 had charisma, command & much more. Unforgettable.
‘What Women Want’2000 had a better treat for the audience. He develops the ability to read women ‘s minds & starts understanding them better.
‘Aga Bai Arrecha !’ 2004 a Marathi film where he gains super natural powers allowing him to listen to any woman ‘s thought. It is total riot. Rated 7.5 on IMDb.
With his wives like Sukanya Kulkarni or Aditi Sharangdhar the script would just sail, but the creativity falls short.
The beautiful locales do not help.
Swapnil & Sagar in women costumes was uncalled for . The film had disappointed enough by then.
Give it a miss.
