Released on 1 August, 2025. Principal photography took place in England. University of Oxford at Bodleian Library, Magdalen College, St Hugh ‘s College & Hertford College & also in Windsor. It is beautiful there.
Rotten Tomatoes has given positive reviews. Metacritic gave a 39 out of 100. Presumably because very few have seen it.
India Today has given it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The German film website ‘film-datenbank.eu’ gave it 82 of 100 points.
Going by the two liner intro, it gets better as we go on. I never thought I would require tissues, But I did. The story sways you. Wish was there to share ‘Dmitri’s ‘ or the scenic locales !
The leads fine. I liked Cecelia played by Poppy Gilbert. She is so pretty. Her character is not written so well. I would have loved to see her more.
