It is a South Korean TV series. Written by Yoo Sung yeol. Directed by Nam Jun hyuk. Starring Seohyun, Go Kyung pyo, Kim Hyo jin, Kim Young min, Tae Won seok.
The drama revolves around a group of swindlers who stumble upon a secret information that could harm the nation. Using their skills & conning techniques they go up against a huge conglomerate to reveal a major ‘private life’.
It marks Go Kyung pyo’ s first acting role after his military discharge in Jan 2020. Kim Hyo jin ‘s small screen comeback after 8 years.
It was to be released on 16 Sept, 2020 but due to COVID it got postponed to 7 October, 2020.
The viewership remained around 1.752% on an average. The highest recorded was for the first episode at 2.522 %.
After watching Sehyun in the latest ‘The First Night with the Duke’ 2025 , her performance in ” Jinxed at First’2022 , it is totally different. Having parents as con artists she manages to get into college but her life is about to change.
Go Kyung pyo has yet to make an entry. Watching him from ‘Warm & Cozy ‘2015, ‘Reply 1988’ 2015 -16, ‘Don ‘t dare to dream ‘ 2016, ‘Chicago Typewriter ‘2017, and ‘Strongest Deliveryman’ 2017, ‘My Roommate is a Gumiho’ 2021, ‘Love in Contract ” 2022 !
Seriously, I have followed him from ‘Reply 1988’! In major or minor roles he can shine through.
Too early to say after just two episodes but let’s wait & see first. Getting pushed by her mother in front of a car for getting compensation, horizontally moving & begging on streets, when caught making the public believe he is a pastor, a father who being a Buddhist fakes his identity for a huge church in the Gangnam district !
She gets released from the Reformatory, nothing looks good here. In nine years instead of college she is being taught to cheat !
A different drama, sure.
