The Legend of Zang Hai

Till the last moment in the last episode, it is breathtaking. The horse leaving the gates & our lead pair setting on a new journey , has a moment. Like ‘Mackenna ‘s Gold’ 1969 film, the horse has been ties with bags. One of the item is the Gui seal, which he wishes to explore & know about !

The whole story revolves around the Gui seal, but the stone makes an entry late in the drama. So does the third enemy. If his father had not protected the seal he wouldn ‘t have to die along with his entire family. Luckily his son survives.

Both the father -son duo share, cherish each other. Both very intelligent individuals. Zang Hai or Zhi Nu enters the capital & rises rapidly through the ranks. His flawless thinking is superb.

The Princess of Dongxia, An Tu is the second princess. She has never aimed to ascend the throne. From being an hostage in the capital, running the Zhen tower, she fully supports our hero.

His master, Gao Ming is a gem. He makes plans & Hai executes. In the capital he survives because of his master & benefactor. His other master Liu Chu is interesting. Ming has admired her. But their relationship has no label.

I hated when Ming died. Liu Chu visiting his grave, was just like Tao in ‘The Prisoner of Beauty’. Why did their partners die ???

8th Young master is a fascinating lady. Her role should have been more. Her father, Zhao Xiao Jie hogged the limelight. He is manipulative & is after personal glory. Anybody in his way is promptly cut to size.

When Hai was placed in the prison in Dongxia by her sister, the new Queen, the situation looked dismal. Also An Tu ‘s marriage was arranged with the tribes.

Zhuang Zhi Xing ‘s meteoric rise from a carefree lad to the General, was great. If only his father was alive. The Marquis had always favored his other son, but Hai’s backing & encouragement helped him to achieve his dream. To make the Zhuang ‘s proud. He enters the mansion as the Lord!!!

From the first episode till the 40th there is no slow moment. Once hooked, you keep on clicking to the next episode.
