IMBd has rated it at 7.5. But it should be less. Dramas with that rating are better than this. Did I really watch the almost 6 hours film? I did, Also watched the first episode of the same name. It was detailed. I knew the film will suffice.
Recently watched his ‘Marry Me Again’ Shihao Ren’s expressions & style was known. Xing Yao Li is beautiful. She can carry all the western outfits. She has a fresh face & gentle demeanor.
The story is a bit stretched & nothing new. Predictable turns & vicious female rival. As if her own younger sister wasn’t enough, his childhood friend also teams up to separate them.
In life ,as it is everyone is busy with his/her own work, how do people find time to destroy ??? Spilling marbles on the stairs to make her fall. In other dramas we have seen oil spills. Drugging her drink or the height was pushing a tool kit on her head !
Instead of wasting time on such schemes why not use the energy to do something for the firm. After their father’s passing, the firm needs able hands. Only interested in getting the chair of the president!
Also the FL hides that her child is safe. She knows her husband Mr Fu doesn’t like lies & that is the root of all the mis understandings, why do it, again & again? Instead of being innocent or naïve, she is confused & erratic in her behaviour.
The last straw is her first love turning up. After choosing to be abroad why is he pursuing her now, when she has a husband. Chance ? what chance! Mr Fu is relentlessly by her side!
Maybe I should quit watching run-of the mill & go for different genres.
