After 6th episode the viewership rose to 3.404% & 3.271% from the first episode’s 1.591%. The main reason being the entry of Yoo Yeon seok, her ex. Also she traveled with him to Japan. The head chef was sick. She wanted to meet him & feed him.
The old man has dementia & fails to recognize her. But hats off to Han Beom-woo, who follows her there. After his first soft moment he knows he cannot lose her.
His main aim was to get closer & have all her recipes. Was the word ‘steal’ here??? But as he gets the taste of the rural town he is enchanted. One need not have stars or hearts in their eyes but the change in behaviour is enough.
As the butcher says ‘he smells more human’, actually if one is sensitive enough, we do have vibes from individuals, but we have lost that sense in all the everyday hush & rush.
Giving time to develop oneself, realise on own own, but who has the time ? Gen X , NO. They are definitely on skates…. free wheeling & rushing…. where ?
Making the right choices, is one thing. Her Ex says ‘I’m her past’ Han picks up ‘past!’ & says we will see. Having an open mind. Letting go of the past, is important. He knows she did come to him for that date , even when her ex was in town. It means… a lot! Bani.
The nuances & subtle touches is what hooks me to a drama. The leads are great & so is the surprise entry. His cameo is more like a guest appearance. God, am I glad !!!
It will cement the tender feelings & show them the right path. Having a love rival at this stage was .. dicey but also a push in the right direction!
With four more episodes to go. Am loving it!
