Nan -young whose astronaut mom failed to return to Earth when things went awry during her Mars probe. She has dreamed to be an astronaut from her childhood. She longs to go to Mars in hope of finding some traces of her mom.
Her dream comes true when she is selected as one of the astronauts for the Mars probe mission. But one parameter has changed, she has met a musician Jay, who now shares her dreams.

Beautiful animation & visuals. Emotional storytelling at it’s best. Knowing it is Kim Tae-ri, I kept imagining if the actual film would have been better.
‘When the Stars Gossip’ had them in space. Now, she travels & he doesn’t know when she will be back or not.
The story grips you & as is her father waiting for her mother’s return, when Jay gets desperate, so do we. Knowing it is just a film, still the raw emotions are all real!
His stage debut coincides with her sliding into a cave or a crater. Actually, falling but we pray for a miracle there.
The dreams are so vivid, sometimes the colours are jarring. But you push on till the end. The tagline ‘Never forget. Somewhere in the universe, there is someone always supporting you.’
Meant to tug at your heart strings.
