Finishing all the episodes at a stretch gave me joy. Of completion. As the review says it has some unique storylines but one has to sit for eight hours of predictable twists & turns.
I know why it is compared with ‘Bridgerton’, because of steamy scenes. Would they cut it? Sure. If falling for some one is only physical, they had a chance in the beginning in Sri Lanka where they met first.
But very few people know how to go about it! Ditto. Then she disappears & he finds his father’s letter saying he found his true love in life, Morris. Okay, so if he was devastated, what was he planning to do? Let her go?? Just like that!?
Just like in ‘Schitts Creek’ the Royals are only in name. They have debts but used to lavish style & don’t know how to cut back on expenses. With six seasons it is still loved all over.
In the end , his Raj tilak is a success & during his press conference he is together with Sophia. A message on What’s app says he is the illegitimate son! And the doors of the Mahal close.
