It is an ongoing South Korean TV series. Also known as ‘Wisw Resident Life’. ‘A life of a Resident that will be Wise someday”. Created by Shin Won ho & Lee Woo jung. Written by Kim Song hee. Directed by Lee Min soo. Starring Go Youn jung, Shin Si-ah, Han Ye ji, Kang You seok & Jung Joon won.
It is a spin-off of the 2020-21 series Hospital Playlist. It depicts the life & friendship of university hospital professors & doctors.
For the two episodes that released, it is 3.680 % & 3. 986% . It looks good. By next episode it should be rising higher.
The series is another collaboration of Shin & writer Lee Woo jung, who produced the ‘Reply ‘series & ‘Hospital Playlist’ series, directed by Lee Min soo, as well as written by Kim Song hee, an assistant writer of ‘Reply 1988’ & ‘Hospital Playlist”.
Both these made a deep impact. Today’s ‘When life gives you Tangerines’ is compared with ‘Reply 1988’ as memorable in last few years.
The first episode plunges us in the operation theatre & the welcoming of the newcomer Residents in the premises. Oh Yi young as joined as first year resident. She took a gap. Why? we don’t know yet. Also her mood is as if she wants to run away. Is she upset? Why?
All answers in the next episodes. I kept looking behind them if there was any of our familiar doctors working in the background. Jo Jung suk with his helmet or Yoo Yeon seok with his smile charming one of the sick child.
Jung Kyung ho waiting for his beloved or Kim Dae myung conducting another delivery diligemtly. Jeon Mi do, the doctor in Neuro surgery ever tired & hungry. All of them had brightened our days with their ‘Hospital Playlist’!!!
