We know right from the start that what they are doing is wrong, yet we begin to sympathise with them. Once when they are held at gun point, it was a moment , we saw a lot in movies, but we hold our breath. Anything can happen, now.
1960s scenario is not very different from today. Only the women are more pro-active & have more freedom. Instead of ‘dabba’ they can think of many other options. Also jobs are more readily available.
Tiffin boxes are called ‘dabbas’. The ‘dabba walas’ of Mumbai are so famous. They cater to the entire city. For years there has been no mistake in delivery.
Cartel is illegal in India. The packets they pack in are totally wrong.
