From 4.1% to 13 -14 % by the 12th episode the series flew high with expectation. It recorded 15.4 % Nationwide & 18.0 in Seoul, AGB Nielson recorded 18.9% & 20.6% in Seoul.
Surprisingly it goes flying from episode 14, 15, & 16. The story gets better & all the loose ends get tied nicely. I loved it.
As in any revenge drama she wanted to bring him down. I had expected long courtroom scenes & dialogues. But it comes as a total surprise. He does fall on his knees twice before her.
Also little San is alive. No surprise there. But his mother was instrumental, was huge! He knows he is fighting a losing battle.
Shin Se yeon was always fixated on Min hyuk. She never cared for Ahn Do hoon. She marries Min hyuk knowingly but has no happiness. She herself gets out of the contract. She decides to leave everything but does need Ahn to be at her side.
So when Kang Yoo jung points out what she lost & what he has lost, he drops down on his knees in tears. Revenge is complete when he admits it was him driving the car on the fateful day.
For Min hyuk to meet Kang jung this accident was necessary. Crossing paths to meet someone from another world !
The events shape the destiny of all the characters. It all happened on a rainy day.
