After the slow first episode, slowly things started looking up. She is super stressed & sleepy, she collapses on his shoulder. That did show her humane side. Also knowing that he has a daughter, her perception changes. Not everyone avails of that parental leave for a year!
When she met with the child in the library( library again! )She was a librarian in ‘One Spring Night’, she was as rude as in her office. If I loved her in ‘One Spring Night’ where she brought books with dinosaur to Jung Hae in’s son, I loved her more, here.
Not everyone is blessed with a motherly aura. You learn somethings on the way! You learn to be patient & able to tolerate them better. In “Galileo’, the scientist/ associate professor admitted that he did not like children.
From the second episode onwards it is moving along as we like it. Why did they take so much time for introducing the characters, I fail to understand. Many viewers must have been put off.
Both the leads are older. polished & more mature, now. As I recollect them from their earlier shows, I begin to expect more.
‘Something in the rain ‘ also had sexual harassment, discrimination, mistreatment & career sabotage from male managers. Yu Eun ho takes his leave at a time when his senior was aiming for a promotion. The unfair treatment & eventual dismissal leads to him joining ‘Peoplez’ as a secretary.
It is poised to be more interesting, now.
