Episode 1 ‘Burns’ ( Weirdo Genius Scientist) A young man dies with burns to the head while out one night partying with friends. Police believe it was an accident caused by the firecrackers the deceased possesses. But his friends claim spontaneous combustion.
Kaoru Utsumi, the rookie investigator seeks help from Manabu Yukawa, an associate professor at Teito University. The two reveal the truth behind the death.
Episode 2 ‘Floats (Mystery of OL Murderer & the Flying Boy )’. An OL is found murdered in her apartment. Police quickly comprehend a man, the victim’s insurance agent, who they believe to be the perpetrator.
The man claims to have been taking a nap in his vehicle when the murder took place. His red car was there. He is unable to produce a credible alibi. A boy comes forward & claims to have seen the man’s vehicle near his house.
The only catch is that the boy claims to have seen the vehicle while experiencing astral projection. Being a physicist, the scientist solves the mystery comfortably & the innocent man is released.
The stories are interesting.
