I remember the Hindi drama ‘Juice’ where nothing is going right. Guests have come over & the husband is yelling at his wife. Not caring that he is making a scene in front of so many people.
The position of the wife is determined by how well she is treated. In India, we respect her as Goddess of the household. Yet, we find so many crimes against women. Regardless of the age.
A husband not caring for her or unable to show his love is the greatest failure, I believe. Calling her ‘sweet heart or ‘honey’ is not compulsory. It should come from within. I am not expecting everlasting love but respect!
Isn’t this what we see normally? I expect the husband to help her when he is at home. Is it expecting too much ??
The story is disappointing. It never gets better. The end is also so so. Maybe first drama that I had to make myself watch till the end. I expected better.
