The school friends are forever. You have been living together 24/7. You know everything about each other. One day, an incident breaks that bond. You are kept collecting the pieces all your life.
Later in Season 4, in 2013, “Jin Jin “has similar story. It was a threat letter written to the home teacher. But each one suspected the other. Also the teacher dies in an accident so the letter was crucial.
Jin Jin comes back , 6 years later ,successful as a writer. The friends are not happy. She calls them over saying she has ‘something to say’. She dies.
Here, she comes back 15 years later. She meets them & watches closely. Nobody is happy. Then , she calls them over to her house. At 4 pm. The friends come but she is dead already.
Both the stories have so much to say. Each of them have their own doubts. The friends neither now or then had peace of mind. Her death looms large.
The stories are unsettling. It’s all about the choices we make & the assumptions we have in mind.
