It is a South Korean drama. Drama special season 7. Episode 1. Director Kim Min Kyung. It Stars Park byung Eun, Jeon Hye Bin, Shim Yi Young, Oh Dae Hwan, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Tae Woo.
Jin Woo lives an ordinary life after he gave up on his dream of becoming a novelist. One day, he receives news that his senior who graduated from the same university passed away.
He goes to the city of Andong & meets Mi Jin who works at a noodle shop there. Hiding the fact that he is married, he visits the noodle shop & the girl often. They walk around Andong & talk about a novel.
The last 10 minutes take your breath away. Him being married, it would be only an affair. But the way it ends hurts. The end demands another episode.
Park Byung Eun as Jin Woo. He has done more supporting roles than lead but this story is all about him. ‘Because This is My first Life’, ‘What’s wrong with Secretary Kim ?’ Her Blind date, it was hilarious. ‘Oh, My Baby’ one of the three suitors. Recently in ‘Eve’ which hings on his affair. ‘Destined with You’ as King, support role.
Jeon Hye Bin looks lovely. ‘Healer’, ‘Another Miss Oh’ main role as Ms Oh #2. ‘The Beauty Inside’, ‘Oh My Baby’.
Shim Yi Young as his wife. She has the best dialogues. When he takes her along on his weekend trip. He says,’ the place is a dump. The server whatever but the noodles are good!’ She knows that something is up.
When the girl comes to the table, he says, ‘This is my wife. And this.. I don’t even know your name ..’ She stalks out. Lashes at him ‘You prize over your pride . But today you hurt her more. Yet you are hurting!’. ‘Grow up. Be an adult!’ without accusing him of infidelity, she makes her stand clear. Later divorces him.
The story develops slowly. The scenic locales of Andong are breathtaking.
