I had watched the next part & realized that this is the prelude! After knowing who the father is I got back to how he came searching , back to his son!
Yan Song being with Dr Lin for a short period, or liking him was a surprise. She constantly says that he is not the father ! He is insisting on a paternity test. Just about to marry another person, he wants to care of the child if he has fathered him!
All the mystery hangs on two sisters who are identical. Have lead different lives . But the sister who gives birth, dies & gives her child to the unmarried Yan Song. The confusion starts!
