If he had gotten one point more, he would have escaped Noryangjin & gone to a paradise. Huijin fails the Level 7 Civil servant Test because his score is one point short.
Yuha, a former gymnast, comes into his uneventful & boring life. While spending time with Yuha, he cannot concentrate on studying & his routine starts collapsing. He switches off his phone. Removes the battery & studies for the two months.
He passes the exam. Then starts searching for her. His father has moved on. He learns she had been sick. Regretting that he had not said ‘thank you or ‘goodbye’ he records his video & starts packing. All his photos have ‘not seen’ message, but suddenly his video is seen !
Is she alive ? We are left guessing.
‘No matter how hard you try, it might not work’ is I thought is a key sentence. Till we see the results, we cannot brag about the efforts put in.
A beautiful story. One to watch & ponder over.
