The title is catchy & raises curiosity. After the female lead gets a second chance at life, how she goes about it is interesting! We aren’t even concerned if it will end well, a happy ending or not.
Rather than being a revenge tale, it tries to show the change in the protagonist. She develops confidence & befriends a good man. She starts choosing her friends with care. Being alone & not having any real friends have made her choose wrong people in her life!
Her father is a jem of a person. He takes all care & also is concerned about her in his after life! His gift to her is unique.
Wishing that her friend marries her husband so that her fate will change is too simplistic a solution. When she watches Ms Yang get her stomach cancer, she feels bad. Her husband cheats on her. Now, she realizes that people around her are getting affected.
Park Min young has been a perfect fit. She has a mobile face & her array of expressions make us believe her. In ‘Forecasting Love & weather’ she had to cancel her wedding, bear the cheating boyfriend & also tolerate him in her office.
Same year in 2022, she was in ‘Love in Contract’ but somehow I couldn’t relate with her role. She is a contract wife & that idea was not so palatable to me.
Na In woo is a tall, handsome actor. In 2025, he appeared in ‘Twenty’ with Kim Woo bin, Lee Jun ho, Kang Ha neul. In 2016, a cameo in ‘Cinderella with four Knights’. In 2020. ‘Mystic Pop -Up Bar’ as Kim Won hyung. In 2020-21 , ‘Mr Queen’ as Kim Byeong -in. His major break came with 2021, ‘River Where the Moon Rises’ as On Dal.
Again he has a lead role here as Yoo Ji hyuk. He has won ‘New Wave Award actor award in 2021 & AAA Emotive actor award in 2022.
Lee Yi kyung He appeared in ‘School 2013’ with Jang Na ra, Choi Daniel in 2012. ‘My Love from the Star’ in 2013.In 2016, ‘Descendants of the Sun’.In 2019, he appeared in ‘Welcome to Waikiki’ as Lee Joon ki & again in season 2 in 2019. He also was a part of ‘Hotel Del Luna’ in a cameo.
Song Ha yoon has played the best friend’s role to the hilt. She has robbed her friend, Min young of all the opportunities. She is sweet & scheming. Thinking of ways to use soft, soothing words to deceive. She gets on your nerves by the end.
The story of the two friends is explored in detail. Their lives are so intertwined. They could have both been happy. But one chose to make the other miserable. It was her life mission!
Lee Gi kwang has a small & sweet role. Hope to see more of him in the future.
