Alien girl, Chai Xiaoqi from ‘Cape Town Planet’ meets CEO Fang Leng, who suffers from ‘heterosexual amnesia on rainy days’, accidentally loses her beacon & is trapped on Earth.
The opening sequence has the alien saving the CEO from the car accident. The exploding car image makes her believe every car explodes & she is very careful on the streets.
She is clothed in white later. It reminds one of ‘My girlfriend is a guhimo’ where Shin Min ah wears a white slip of a frock. One piece. Barefooted she cuts a beautiful picture. Also ;Bride of the water God’ has Nam Joo hyuk in white garb.
The sci -fi or fantasy drama has all the elements to look forward to. The love story is slow & the experiences are all out of this world!
Coming to ‘My Girlfriend is an Alien 2″ I had to watch the first part first! How else do I compare the two???
Luckily the cast is the same so finishing the first one first & then turning to the next. This is going to take some time, now.
