As the critics say the female lead is confused but not the usual bubbly or dumb types. She is simple & straightforward in her approach.
The story has little twists on the way. Eg She has a boyfriend. We kept looking for him to make a mistake. Which he does! He dumps her for a richer girl! No other than Dylan’s niece!!
In ‘The Rational Life’ Dylan Wang has eyes for his boss. The other man pursuing her is Xu Ming Jie. He has aa interest in her. But he takes the rejection so neatly. Bows out from the city, back to the HQ.
He doesn’t forget to say to Dylan that he is more experienced. Of Course, Dylan has set his mind & would settle for no other.
Here too, he has his way of showing affection. He tells himself ‘ patience. She doesn ‘t know me’ He is never one to show eagerness. He reaches the spot where she is stranded and assures if she is injured. It was a car accident. The bumper touched, as the driver slowed down.
With his specks he looks very boss, serious. I miss him from ‘The Rational life’ where he was energetic, young & bubbly.
The costumes are excellent. The houses, offices spacious. What more do we ask?? Enjoying it .
