Rotten Tomatoes has given it 67 % with an average of 6.9/10. A must see as a good anime but doesn’t quite reach the classic status. It has good visuals with a fantastical storyline that explores relationships.
There is Noppo, who has been the apartment since their childhood. The spirit of the apartment complex. He has looked over them. It adds a touch of mystery to the story.
