Hello, my twenties! ( lit. Age of Youth ) is a South Korean TV series starring Han Ye ri, Han Seung yeon, Park Eun bin, Ryu Hwa young, Park Hye su, Ji woo & Choi Ara. Written by Park Yeon seon & directed byLee Tae gon & Kim Sang ho.
It aired from July 2016 to October 2017. The viewership went on from 0.4 % to 4.2%. Rising & falling but the two seasons dealt with all the issues of the housemates.
It is a slice of life story about five girls who live together in a sharehouse called ‘Belle Epoque’. They connect over the growing pains in their youth.
Park Hye su as Yoo Eun jae comes to live in the shared house from the countryside. From the first frame the story follows her. Earlier she has worked in ‘Yong pal’ & later she is in ‘Saimdang, Memoir of colours”, ‘Introverted Boss’ & ‘Dear M’.
Han Seung yeon as Jung Ye eun is delightful. She is carefree & has a boyfriend. She also brings him to their house, which is not allowed. She has also worked in ‘About Time’ I have n’t seen any more of her shows.
Han Ye ri as Yoon Jin myung has a hard life. She is working three jobs. Always on the run. She was a patient in ‘Doom at your Service’. I have not seen her other shows.
Park Eun bin as Song Ji won is again delightful. She goes on blind dates often. But she doesn’t have a boyfriend yet. Dances with abandon & says she can see ghosts. The rising star today!
Ryu Hwa young as Kang Yi na is a sugar baby with expensive taste. She has three boyfriends. ‘Descendents of the sun’, ‘My Father is Strange’ & ‘Beauty Inside’ 2018 are the shows I have seen.
Han Seung yeon & Shin Hyun soo were awarded for their roles in the show.
The pangs of growing up remain the same. It is relatable.
