He is a Taiwanese actor. He worked in ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ in 2009, ‘What is Love’ in 2012. ‘The Perfect Match in 2017. with Ivy Shao he makes the best couple. It was my first show. I loved everything about it.
Later as I went on to watch so many Chinese, Japanese & Korean shows my knowledge increased. I could identify each one with a name.
Recently, in 2023, a ten story anthology was launched. ‘At the Moment’. To get the feel going through the trailer, I found a familiar face. I came across Wu Kang ren only in the seventh story!
It took him 14 years to clinch his first best actor trophy at the 60th Golden Horse Awards On Sat, Nov. 25 he was awarded for his performance in 2023 Malaysian film Abang Adik.
He lost 8 kg & learnt sign language to play a deaf man trying to make an honest living in Kuala Lumpur.
