After the sixth episode it flies. Mi joo comes to town. She is going to open her own nail salon. Kang ho is at his mother’s. He is wheelchair bound. He has lost his memories but has flashes of them. He has feelings for Mi joo.
A soul is purier when one is seven years old. Then comes experience & it gets tarnished. One becomes worldly wise!
The other friend has arrived. Sam shik. Now the triangle is complete. He has been hurt because Kang ho gave him money & did not introduce him as a childhood friend at the party. But he got an opportunity to give him an earful, when he comes to the village. Knowing about Kang ho’s condition, he feels bad.
Kang ho eats at Mi joo’s place. His mother is away tending the pregnant pig. He hates carrots. So does one of the children. Are we getting answers slowly. Knowing that the two were close, it’s a given that the children are his!
I simply love the characters. They were happy to have a concert hall & protest against the pig farm. But they are true friends & back out immediately.
At the hospital Kang ho’s mother learns she has stomach cancer. She asks Kang ho to get up when he rolls off the wheelchair. Her expression & voice say it all! She was very patient till now but now she has little time.
Along with the story our roller coaster ride is bumpy & full of turns!!
