It is a 2022 Thai historical romance film.Directed by Adisorn Tresirikasem. It is one of the two sequel projects to the highly successful 2018 drama Love Destiny, a 15 episode TV series. The other being the TV drama Love Destiny 2. It is currently being filmed.
The film stars Ranee Campen & Thanavat Vatthanaputi. They play 19th century Rattanakosin-era reincarnations of their characters from the original drama. It is set in the Ayutthaya Kingdom of the 17th century.
It was released on 28 July 2022.
A couple destined to marry have their love challenged during colonial expansion. A time traveller appears, A British trader, Mr Hunter, trying to sell his steamboat , the stubborn Prince, parents of the two all give us an excellent story. No wonder that tourism increased to visit the places where the shooting took place.
The drapery, locales & the story are catchy. A well made movie.
