After 13 episodes, the story comes around to the lead pair breaking off with their partners. She had been living with the other man & he was in a relationship where everybody assumed that marriage was on the cards!
Why did they take so long to realise their feelings for each other? If only he had not hesitated to enter the restaurant where she had been waiting for dinner? What if she had acknowledged his feelings earlier, or reciprocated??
Too many ‘ifs’ & ‘buts’…. I hope finally they find a way. Yesterday’s scene, when he holds an umbrella, She dries her hair in her house & brings him a towel to dry himself. He is still standing near the door outside. Wouldn’t it be natural to invite him in, to dry himself? Or fearing of what would happen next, made her cold ?
The unsaid thoughts among them are a bane. He has broken off for good & he knows what he wants. She has broken off but is still testing waters. He has told her father that he likes her & his friend, Mr So that he loves her still.
Ms Ahn & Mr So have created a misunderstanding purposely. To which Jong hyun reacted calling her ‘a bitch’! Mr Ha doesn’t believe what he has heard & defends she must have had her reasons. His love for her is boundless. A great love, indeed.
I am into the the 14th episode & wish they have their desired closure. And mine , of course. A waste of time if they are left mid way or not really getting what they wish!
