With 36 episodes it is a long saga. But it moves with a pace & twists to keep the viewers rooted. Halfway through & it gets more interesting. After a long break I am watching Dylan Wang & he doesn’t disappoint.
Starting off as a Devil, he softens in the company of the fairy, gradually. It is different from ‘Meteor Garden’ but he remains the rich, arrogant boy, a softie. Chang Heng played by Zhang Linghe is his stiff competition.
Dylan talks with his eyes. He rarely looks straight at his opponent. Then when his interest gets piqued he raises his eyes. His style is unique.
The events unfolding at present are not happening as per the destiny book. Changes with the circumstances unfathomed are new. The track with Jie li, Lady Orchid’s friend & Shang Que, Devil’s assistant is cute.
The story is catching or should I say, fetching!
