The Best dramas to binge on…

I recently read the list & found that I have seen each one of them! K drama fanatic, truly!! Now looking at the Most popular K drama actors who defined their generation, again I know them all!

1st generation are Bae Yong joon, Ji jin hee, Rain, Won bin also So Ji sub! Having seen at least one drama each, what’s there to discuss???

2nd generation are Lee dong wook & Lee Joon gi with their hit dramas like ‘Goblin’ & ‘Moon lovers’ unforgettable performance….

Then Gong Yoo with ‘Coffee Prince’ & Lee Sun Kyun with his ‘Parasite’. Jang Keun Suk with ‘You are Beautiful’ that surpassed ‘Winter Sonata’ in Japan! Lee Byung Hun with his ‘Iris’ belongs to the next level but started off early!

2.5 generation has Lee Min ho with the spectacular success of ‘Boys over flowers’. Today he has the highest fan following. Kim Hyun Joong with his soft personality had a head start but Min ho’s ‘The Heirs’ stole the thunder. It also brought Kim Woo bin to the limelight.

Song Joong ki with his ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ ,’Innocent Man’ was later reinforced by ‘Descendents of the sun’ followed by ‘Vincenzo’ recently. Ji Chang wook with a powerful performance in ‘K2’, ‘Empress Ki’, ‘Suspicious Partner’ became a household name all over the world.Hyun bin, Lee Jong suk, Jung Hae in, Seo Kang Joon, Yoo Seung Ho & Ji Sung… phew.

3rd generation saw Seo In Guk, Lee Seung Gi, Park Hyung sik, Im Si wan, Lee jun Ho, Ok Taecyeon, Cha Eun woo, Jin Young solidified their position as frontrunners who would bring on fourth generation.Lee Je Hoon & Yoo ahin gave us ‘Signal’ & ‘Chicago Typewriter’. Nam Goong Min with his skill can carry any role with finesse.

Park Bo gum with ‘Reply 1988’ one of his most memorable works. ‘Love in the Moonlight’ or the recent “Record of Youth’ ,before he went for his compulsory military training are proof of his calibre.

Kim Dong wook, Nam Joo hyuk, Kim Seon Ho, Jang Ki Yong are some others who fill up the list.

4th generation are Lee Do hyun, Song Kang, Ahn Bo hyun, Kang Tae oh, Lee Jun Young who are coming up gradually. Yeo Jin Goo, Nam Da Reum,, Park Ji Hoon are on a constant high in terms of popularity. Some rising stars are making their presence felt.

Any drama that fascinates for all 16 episodes, lately reduced to 12 episodes is fine by me. Watching ‘Little Women’ which was on a back burner.
