The second season is good. The short & well scripted show also has the capable cast. In season II entry of Tillotama Shome is very late. But her story takes away your breath. A lady inspired with high ambition, good life & good money can go to lengths!
She is a capable actress. Always has been.Immersing herself in the character is her speciality. I have seen her from ‘Monsoon Wedding’ . With Vijay Raaz she makes a superb pairing. I felt they had a better love story than the leads.
In ‘Sir’ she is again the usual maid. We see so many around. But again she is different. That is one sensitive portrayal. Just there. She has award for the same.
Shome is married to Kunal Ross, nephew of Jaya Bachchan. Niece -in-law to Jaya & Amitabh.
“Shanghai’ the Hindi Political drama has her in a small role. You will not find her in the first few names of the cast. Her role again demands attention. The film flopped at the box office.
Kudos to her. Again.
