It is based on the 2014 novel of the sam ename by Kim Yi rang who also wrote the series. Every episode has been named with a flower. Episode 1 : A Divine Match : Plantain Lily. Also all the flowers are shown with the titles. The fresh, fragrant flowers growing in a bunch!
The 12th episode, I am worried about your love : Aster has Kim MIn jae offer her a cup of Aster tea to warm up. He is confused. He knows he likes her but as his client he has to arrange her marriage. Fortunately, he is aware of her feelings. She has been direct. But he is in a dilemma.
The King has made his intentions clear. He wants to marry his fiancee. But the main road block is his own status & power. Councillor Ma, who has immense power is enemies with him. The solution is easy but not seen as yet.
Byeon Woo seok has introduced himself as being Lee Su. He thinks he is deceiving her,his lovely lady, Ko Won hee. But she is too clever. She will not be deceived. Her conversation with her father is always interesting.

She is going to meet the king twice to make sure if she wants to enter the wedding with the king. To enter the queen selection process! I loved her for her grit!! Not many times does a girl show such poise & determination!
Another strong lady is Ma Jeong hwa. She disappears for her daughter, leaving her alone in the house. Anybody would blame for abandoning her child. She did not. They kept in touch with the letters. Also she earned the royal permission to get her daughter married to the young man she was engaged to.
She also made Byeon Woo seok that his mother had not abandoned him. He then recollects correctly what happened in the past & realises he had been wrongly blaming his mother. A mother never abandons her child, come what may.
The story is good & depicted so well.
