The fever of admission is on. People have waited too long after filling up the form & now want their child to join college immediately. Till the end of the process, the classes will not commence.
The long lines are gone. The technology is such that we can message & give them a time slot. At any counter, not more than two to three people are standing. On the first day, the inquires were more & admissions less. But crossing the magic figure of 40 was a bonus!
It never felt like we were dealing with more than 100 people in a day! Around 150 the next day & 65 on the third made our day. Not abiding with rules is the norm. If we wait for the last person, it is as if wasting time. Duties allotted are such that nobody works without break. But continuing again with the same flair is a must!
Good to see good students coming in. Hope to have a successful year again!
