Today

It’s Sunny! Not really sunny but sunny. For days now the rains have been pouring. It’s a break & the clothes will dry so will the shoes that got wet!!

Leaving the muddy water streams & puddles one can breath easy. It may not shine for long but we long for the Sun! Having just a ray of sun is bliss… It feels so gloomy with the pouring rains & the cold that creeps in. The short sleeve sweater or the long sleeves one becomes too hot after a while.

The bed sheets turn cold & the ceaseless rains makes one awake in the middle of the night. It is noisy & cold out. The window panes also shiver & the shadows cast gloom.

But it’s Sunny today. The break will be a fresh start for so many things to come. What a day!!!
